Jeff Struewing
Jeff has enjoyed being in the property management business since 2002 servicing the Collingwood, Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach and Stayner areas. In addition to managing day to day operations, he is an active member of CCI and ACMO. He is committed to being knowledgeable in building components and materials, repairs and maintenance, and providing guidance with reserve fund studies, budget preparation, planning major projects as well as keeping informed on changes to condominium legislation and other condominium matters.

Ryan Griffiths
Ryan is the Managing Director of Condo Lending Group, which provides customized financing solutions tailored to Condominium Corporations across Canada. Ryan is Vice-President of the CCI Huronia Board of Directors and also serves as the Chair of the CCI National Finance & Risk Management Committee, and the Chair of the Professional Partners Committee for CCI Golden Horseshoe. Ryan is an active member of ACMO, and a frequent exhibitor and participant in industry events and seminars across Canada.

Joanna Tomaszewski
Joanna Tomaszewski is a Registered Condominium Manager with Bayshore Property Management Inc. where she oversees the company's condominium division. Joanna has been a property manager for 30 years and a condominium manager for 23 years. With education in economics and financial planning plus continued education in condominium management she provides support to all condominium managers at Bayshore and to the Boards of over 80 condominium corporations.
Joanna joined the Board of CCI Huronia Chapter 14 years ago and is very pleased to volunteer this extra time to help provide support to condominium Boards north of Toronto.

Blair Spinney, CPA, CA
Blair is a licensed public accountant specializing in auditing and advisory services for condominium corporations. Blair is the Treasurer and sits on the administration and finance committee. He is also the Treasurer of the Foundation for the Rotary Club of Toronto.

Sonja Hodis, LLB
Sonja is a condominium lawyer based in Barrie that practices condominium law across Ontario. Given her years of adjudicative experience with the Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT), she also offers her services as a mediator or arbitrator in condominium disputes. Sonja advises condominium Boards and owners on their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Act, 1998 and other legislation that affects condominiums, such as the Human Rights Code. Sonja has also gained recognition for creativity and tenacity in ground breaking human rights caselaw in the condominium industry. She represents her clients at all levels of court, various Tribunals and in mediation/arbitration proceedings. Sonja has been a member and on the Board of Directors for CCI Huronia for over 20 years. She is currently the co-chair of CCI Huronia's Education and Events Committee. She has served as a past member of the National CCI Executive Board of Directors and Chair of the National Events committee. She is the recipient of the CCI Distinguished Service Award (DSA). Sonja is a frequent speaker at CCI educational programs and author of numerous articles for condominium related publications.

Michele Farley
Michele Farley is the founder and President of FCS Fire Consulting Services Ltd. FCS is a consulting firm specializing in fire code compliance, auditing, alternative compliances, training and evaluation. FCS holds a Certificate of Authorization (C of A) from Professional Engineers Ontario
(PEO).
Michele has extensive experience with evaluating and conducting life safety risk assessments within multi-residential buildings for more than twenty years with FCS. Michele has extensive experience with the technical evaluation, design and operation of fire alarm and related life safety systems. Michele has prepared and successfully presented alternative compliance measures to the Building Code Commission (BCC), Fire Safety Commission (FSC) and Building Material Evaluation Commission (BMEC). She has worked as an expert in Fire Code directly to or on behalf of condominiums and apartment buildings for multiple law firms providing evaluations, fire code auditing and affidavit services as required for over twenty years.
Michele has been an active board member of CCI for many years.

Ashley Winberg, B.A. (High Hons), J.D.
Ashley Winberg is one of the leading condominium lawyers in Ontario and is the Head of Corporate Practice at Pulver on Condos, which is a boutique condominium law firm that provides specialized legal services to condominium corporations throughout Ontario.
Ashley provides her clients with timely and cost-effective legal solutions and practical implementation strategies, which enable her clients to prevent disputes, manage costs, and foster harmonious communities. Ashley assists her clients on all matters relating to condominium governance, management, and operation. Ashley’s practice is largely focused on complex post-turnover issues relating to shared facilities, human rights, employment, expropriation, workplace violence and harassment, construction deficiencies, occupational health and safety, dispute resolution, easements and licenses, financing, electric vehicles, submetering, aging and mental health, and municipal planning and compliance.
Ashley joined CCI Huronia in 2012, has been a member of CCI Huronia’s Board of Directors since 2015 and is the current Chair of CCI Huronia’s Membership and Advertising Committee. As part of her commitment to serving condominium communities throughout Ontario, Ashley is also a member of CCI Toronto’s Volunteer Committee, a member of CCI Toronto’s By-Law Sub-Committee and a member of CAI's Communications Committee. Ashley Lamb
Ashley is known in the real estate industry as a condominium expert with over 19 years of servicing the condo sector of the real estate market.
After working for the #1 condo selling real estate brokerage in Toronto's core for over a decade, Ashley decided to share her expertise with the Barrie community when she moved to the Barrie area with her family in 2014. Ashley saw a need for a condo resource centre and decided to build Barrie Condo Corner, a hub where people can get information on condos in Barrie, Barrie's condo market and condominium tips for sellers and buyers.
In 2015, Ashley Lamb became a member of CCI-Huronia, was elected to the Board of Directors in 2017 and became Chair of the Communications Committee in 2020. She loves her role with The Canadian Condominium Institute as it gives her the opportunity to continue to build on her passion for educating people about condo living and the Barrie condo market. Ashley has been on a condo board, has lived in and owned condominiums and has even had first hand experience buying and selling pre-construction properties. There's a difference between working with an agent and working with a CONDO agent. Ashley Lamb understands what goes along with condo ownership.

Patricia Elia, B. Comm., LL.B
Patricia Elia is a senior lawyer with Elia Associates and has practiced law for 25 years in the areas of corporate law in large and medium firms before coming to Elia Associates. Patricia is intrigued by the interplay of economics, the law and critical thinking models. As a trained mediator, she understands the value of early and creative dispute resolution opportunities. As an active industry participant, she believes that the sharing of knowledge is empowering for Boards of Directors. Patricia’s commitment to condominiums has been in leadership roles such as the President of CCI Huronia, Co-Chair of CCI’s National Council, a member of CCI National Executive and a member of all 5 Ontario chapters. She has also sat as Vice-Chair of CCI National’s Government Relations Committee and Governance Committee. She is a founder of Women in Condos. She has been a Condominium Director for the last 18 years and a Unit Owner of a condominium. Patricia is passionate about the condominium industry because of the important role condominiums play in the lives of real people.

Debbie Dale
Debbie is the Founder of MCRS Property Management, providing licensed management services in various regions north of Barrie. Hailing from the Toronto market managing large portfolios for well reputed GTA condominium management firms, Debbie brings city expertise to the country. She mentors and coaches an enthusiastic staff of licensed management professionals who excel and 'love everything condo' with the usual 'never a dull moment buzz' in condominium management. Retention of long term clients has placed MCRS in excellent standing entering another decade of service, with sound references and solid reviews supporting the firm's boutique style of customized management packages to suit client needs.
As a CMRAO (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) committee member, Debbie is highly involved in her industry. The CMRAO Board appointed Debbie to an initial two-year term on their Advisory Committee, where she continues to support successful condominium living, and has renewed the appointment in 2021. Debbie has served intermittently on the CCI Huronia Board since 2001 and appreciates opportunities to share information at webinars alongside writing articles for a variety of condominium industry publications.

Jon Juffs
Jon is a long-time volunteer member of CCI Huronia (past president and current board member), as well as the CCI Toronto and Area Chapter (Professional Associate), CCI National (past Director, Certification Committee member, and Resource Content Committee), ACMO (past Regional Committee member). He is Vice President, Building Facilities at McIntosh Perry, an Egis company. Since 1988, Jon's work experience has been continuously focussed on architectural technology and building science services for many forms of occupied buildings. In 2006, he co-authored 'Reserve Fund Essentials' - a layperson's guide to reserve fund planning and control. In 2022, he co-authored 'Longevity of Infrastructure – Reserving and Risk Management in Condominium Maintenance in Canada' - a detailed research paper with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. His service motto is "A home is more than roof or walls or lofty curving stairs ... it's a people thing after all.”

Evan Shkolnik
Evan is the President of Cion Coulter Corp, an engineering and building science firm. Focused on the Condominium industry, Cion Coulter provides design and administration of major capital repair projects, investigations (water, noise and odour), reserve fund studies, and performance audits. Evan has over 20 years experience and is an active member supporting and promoting various CCI chapters and events. Most recently Evan launched a new office in Bracebridge to better service regions north of the GTA.

Mina Tesseris, P. Eng, LEED AP
Mina Tesseris is a Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional and General Manager/Senior Forensic Engineer at Arbitech Inc. Since 1989, he has been responsible for a broad range of structural and building engineering services to both public and private clients, including numerous condominium corporations. His extensive experience includes investigation of structural and building science related failures, structural rehabilitation, building envelope retrofit, Building Code consulting, Condominium Performance Audits, Reserve Fund Studies and preparing expert witness reports. Mina is a founding member of the Huronia Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute where he has served for the past 22 years as Director focusing on the Education Committee and Special Events. Having completed a 10-year term from 2006 to 2016 as a member of the Ontario Building Code Commission, he is a qualified expert on matters pertaining to the Ontario Building Code.
