Debbie operates a licensed condominium management firm, MCRS Property Management, providing services to condominium Boards and Owners in Huronia.
Debbie’s multi decade property management career began with Cadillac Fairview in Toronto focusing on rental and commercial property management then successful real estate sales before mastering condominium management and mixed portfolios. Debbie founded the first Muskoka based property management service firm which she sold after ten years to accept appointment as a Senior Manager for DEL (Tridel) Property Management. Over the next seven years she managed DEL’s valued landmark account through multi-million-dollar major construction projects while concurrently mentoring RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) Candidates.
As a contributor to a Ministry of Government and Consumer Services publication to guide condominium manager licensees; and as a CMRAO (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) committee member, Debbie is highly involved in her industry. The CMRAO Board appointed Debbie to a two-year term on their Advisory Committee where she continues to support successful condominium living.
Jeff has enjoyed being in the property management business since 2002 servicing the Collingwood, Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach and Stayner areas. In addition to managing day to day operations, he is an active member of CCI and ACMO. He is committed to being knowledgeable in building components and materials, repairs and maintenance, and providing guidance with reserve fund studies, budget preparation, planning major projects as well as keeping informed on changes to condominium legislation and other condominium matters.

Patricia Elia, B. Comm., LL.B
Patricia's condominium and corporate practice of 18 years encompasses all aspects of corporate work for condominiums including contract review, resolutions and corporate litigation support. She uses her experience and knowledge to manage the risks faced by unit owners, condo directors and third parties to ensure successful outcomes so that clients can breathe easy.

Sonja Hodis, LLB
Sonja is a condominium lawyer based in Barrie that practices condominium law across Ontario. Sonja advises condominium Boards and owners on their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Act, 1998 and other legislation that affects condominiums such as the Human Rights Code. Sonja has also gained recognition for creativity and tenacity in ground breaking human rights caselaw in the condominium industry. She represents her clients at all levels of court, various Tribunals and in mediation/arbitration proceedings. Sonja also has legal experience in employment law and wills and estates. Sonja has been a member and on the Board of Directors for CCI Huronia for over 15 years. She is currently the Co-chair of CCI Huronia's Education and Events Committee. She has served as a past member of the National CCI Board of Directors and is the current Chair of the National Leaders' Forum committee. Sonja is a frequent speaker at CCI educational programs and has written numerous articles for condominium related publications.
Vic retired from a management position with Bell Canada after 34 years and continues to be active in several volunteer roles. He is currently Chair of the Presidents' Committee for the management of all the shared facilities in his large self-managed condo community, former Church Warden and Property Manager for St. James Anglican Church in Orillia, and gets involved in other leadership roles within his home municipality as new initiatives and projects arise.

Ryan is the Director of Condominium Finance with CWB Maxium Financial, which provides customized financing solutions to Condominium Corporations across Canada. Ryan is also an active member of CCI Golden Horseshoe where he sits as the Chair of the Professional Partners Committee, an active member of ACMO, and a frequent exhibitor and participant in industry events and seminars across Canada.
Joanna Tomaszewski is a Registered Condominium Manager with Bayshore Property Management Inc. where she oversees the company's condominium division. Joanna has been a property manager for 25 years and a condominium manager for 18 years. With education in economics and financial planning plus continued education in condominium management she provides support to all condominium managers at Bayshore and to the Boards of over 80 condominium corporations.
Joanna joined the Board of CCI Huronia Chapter 9 years ago and is very pleased to volunteer this extra time to help provide support to condominium Boards north of Toronto.
Blair Spinney, CPA, CA
Blair is a licensed public accountant specializing in auditing and advisory services for condominium corporations. Blair is the Treasurer and sits on the administration and finance committee. He is also the Treasurer of the Foundation for the Rotary Club of Toronto.

Ashley Winberg, B.A. (High Hons), J.D.
Ashley Winberg practices condominium law with a specialty in employment law and human rights matters. Her breadth of experience includes solving legal issues pertaining to condominium development, post turn-over governance, operations and enforcement matters including those matters related to contract review and negotiation, including management agreements; shared facilities; human rights; employment; easements; insurance; municipal planning, health and safety, Tarion, construction deficiencies and compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998 as amended under Bill 106. Ashley is a member of various industry associations and committees, and is currently on the Board of Directors of CCI Huronia, the Chair of CCI Huronia's Communication Committee, a member of CCI Toronto's Volunteer Committee and a member of CCI Toronto's By-Law Sub-Committee.
Ashley is known in her the real estate industry as a condominium expert with over 15 years of servicing the condo sector of the real estate market.
After working for the #1 condo selling real estate brokerage in Toronto’s core for over a decade, Ashley decided to share her expertise with the Barrie community when she moved to the Barrie area with her family in 2014. Ashley saw a need for a condo resource centre and decided to build Barrie Condo Corner; a hub where people can get information on condos in Barrie, Barrie’s condo market and condominium tips for sellers and buyers.
In 2015, Ashley Lamb became a member of CCI-Huronia and was elected to be a board of directors in 2017. Her love for CCI-Huronia grew so she started attending CCI's National Leaders Forums in 2019 and now sits on a sub-committee for CCI-National. She loves her roll with The Canadian Condominium Institute as it gives her the opportunity to continue building on her passion for educating people about condo living and the Barrie condo market. Ashley has been on a condo board, has lived in and owned condominiums and has even had first had experience buying and selling pre-construction properties. There’s a difference with working with an agent and working with a CONDO agent. Ashley Lamb understands what goes along with condo ownership.
Mina Tesseris, P. Eng, LEED AP
Mina Tesseris is a Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional and Senior Forensic Engineer at Arbitech Inc. Since 1989, he has been responsible for a broad range of structural and building engineering services to both public and private clients, including numerous condominium corporations. His extensive experience includes investigation of structural and building science related failures, structural rehabilitation, building envelope retrofit, Building Code consulting, Condominium Performance Audits, Reserve Fund Studies and preparing expert witness reports. Mina is a founding member of the Huronia Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute where he has served for the past 19 years as Director focusing on the Education Committee and Special Events. Having completed a 10 year term from 2006 to 2016 as a member of the Ontario Building Code Commission, he is a qualified expert on matters pertaining to the Ontario Building Code.

Michele Farley, President of FCS Fire Consulting Services Ltd, is a fire code expert with more than 30 years' experience in the industry. Her firm specializes in fire code compliance in condominiums. Michele has been an active board member of CCI for many years.

Jon is a volunteer member of the CCI – Huronia Chapter (past president & current board member), as well as the CCI – Toronto & Area Chapter (Professional Associate), CCI– National (past Chapter Relations Chair and Communications Committee member), and past ACMO (Regional Committee member) and is currently employed by McIntosh Perry, as the Director Condominium/Strata Group. Jon’s work experience, since 1988, has been continuously focussed on architectural technology and building science services for many forms of occupied buildings and in 2006, he co-authored 'Reserve Fund Essentials' - a layperson’s guide to reserve fund planning and control. His service motto is “A home is more than roof or walls or lofty curving stairs … it’s a people thing after all."
Joanne Gates, MSW, has been a veteran social worker within the greater Simcoe area for the past 25 plus years. She became involved with Condominium Boards over 35 years ago after purchasing her first condo town house west of Toronto, and wanted to understand the process of how Condominium were run and where homeowners money was being spent? Joanne resides in Barrie and has been Chair of a 52 acre Condominium complex in the area for the past 23 years. When not helping others she likes to write (she is in the process of publishing a book!), spend time with family, and walk her furry best friend.
