A Brief History

The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) is a national, chapter based, not-for-profit organization committed to the interests of condominiums formed in 1982. In order to better serve the growing condominium base in central Ontario’s “cottage country”, the Huronia chapter was started in 2001.

Since its formation, CCI Huronia has won the “Lorne Young Chapter of the Year award” four times, in 2001/02, 2004/05, 2012/13 and 2019/20 respectively.
