Condominium Directors are required to complete, as a minimum requirement, a basic on-line course through the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO). Many directors find that this course leaves many questions unanswered and there is no opportunity to ask the questions you have.
CCI Huronia is presenting the Intensive Condominium Director's Course on April 23 and 24, 2022, which will provide a more in-depth learning experience with a focus on the practical aspects of being a director. We will be covering topics in greater detail in order to assist you to meet your legal duties and responsibilities. A variety of experts in condominium law, management, engineering, insurance and finance will explain and provide practical tips on the various aspects of condominium governance and management. With our case studies, we will be sharing real life examples of issues directors are facing, which will leave you with lessons learned and practical tips. To complete our comprehensive learning experience, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask our experts the questions you want answers to and to network with other directors. Reference materials are provided as part of the course in pdf. format.
