Pets in Condos is an issue that most if not all condos will have to deal with at some point. Whether it is banning pets altogether or regulating the type and size of pet you can have, our panel of experts will discuss the ins and outs of how to deal with pets in your condo and the things you need to consider when creating and enforcing provisions related to pets in your Declaration or Rules. We will also be discussing how to deal with requests for accommodation under the Human Rights Code, conditions for exemptions to the pet rules as well as recent CAT cases involving pets. This webinar will be a "purrrfect" one to attend if you want to learn about how to deal with Pets in your Condo!
