The third webinar in our Winter/Spring  2024 Lunch and Learn series is The Do's and Don'ts of Filing an Insurance Claim -  Friday, May 24th, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. 

All condominiums must carry insurance in order to comply with the Condominium Act.  Although this is a mandatory expense for condos, most condominium corporations hope that they never have to make a claim.   Unfortunately, the reality is that it is likely that at some point in time, your condominium corporation will have to consider  making a claim under your policy.    Join our panel of experts as we discuss what you should and should not do when you are faced with the situation of filing an insurance claim.    The webinar will be focusing on three types of claims:  property damage claims, personal injury claims and director and officer liability claims.
