The first webinar in our Fall 2024 Lunch and Learn series is Condo Case Studies - Friday, September 20th, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Join Sonja Hodis, Gavin Johnson, Mike Tinsdale, Thomas Noel and Tom Gallinger as we discuss several real life case studies and potential scenarios involving condominium properties and the lessons we can all take away from those situations. By breaking down a case into its tangible and intangible components, you'll receive valuable insights to share with your boards and fellow directors. Our panelists will be discussing case studies involving:

• A different approach to planning reserve fund studies/funds for repairs to areas that straddle the unit boundary
• Scheduling work in occupied units
• Phased versus large scale projects
• Insurance coverage and risks for managers for representing condos in legal proceedings such as at the CAT
