The CCI Huronia Annual General Meeting for members will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Members who were in good standing as of June 30 2025 are eligible to attend. Whether you are connecting by phone or your computer/ipad or attending by proxy, please register no later than September 24, 2025 using the following link:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Be sure to check your emails during this time period for an email with instructions.

CCI Huronia members who are not able to attend the AGM are encouraged to designate a proxy to represent them for voting at the meeting. If you would like to designate a proxy, please complete the Instrument of Proxy form, available in the next link, scan and email it to: admin@ccihuronia.com by September 25, 2024.
