Directors Certificate Course #105 - Reserve Fund Fundamentals

In this course,  participants will be introduced to the reserve fund study process; how to obtain a study and what it should contain. Participants will also learn about which expenditures are reserve fund eligible, and know what the options are when facing contribution increases. They'll also learn how to successfully implement a funding plan.
