Insurance is a mandatory expense for all condominium corporations.   Fluctuations in insurance premiums can impact a condo's budget and the common expense fees paid by owners.   In the not so distant past, condo corporations were panicking due to large increases in insurance premiums and condos were trying to find ways to manage premium increases.  Currently, we are seeing decreases in insurance premiums, which is a welcome change.    However, this welcome news does not mean that condo directors/managers should reduce the attention they pay to the issue of insurance.   Join us  as we discuss the following topics:
