Director Certificate Program Course #103 - Budget, Audit and Financial Fundamentals  will cover the development of the annual budget and planning the process for timely completion, how to review monthly financial statements and understanding the annual audit process.  

The CCI Director Certificate program includes eight Ontario-wide fundamental courses. Upon completion of all courses, a director will be awarded a CCI Condominium Director Certificate. This certificate will demonstrate your commitment to your corporation and your willingness to go above the minimum standards required by the Condominium Authority of Ontario.  In addition, it will mean your community can rest assured that you understand all aspects of condominium governance and best practices and have the skills you need to oversee the corporation as a director.  More information about the Director Certificate Program can be found here:  https://dcp-ontario.cci.ca/courses/overview

Cost:  $40 for CCI Members;  $95 for Non-Members
