Patricia's condominium and corporate practice of 18 years encompasses all aspects of corporate work for condominiums including contract review, resolutions and corporate litigation support. She uses her experience and knowledge to manage the risks faced by unit owners, condo directors and third parties to ensure successful outcomes so that clents can breathe easy.

Sonja Hodis

Sonja is a condominium lawyer based in Barrie that practices condominium law across Ontario. Sonja advises condominium boards and owners on their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Act, 1998 and other legislation that affects condominiums such as the Human Rights Code. Sonja has also gained recognition for creativity and tenacity in ground breaking human rights caselaw in the condominium industry. She represents her clients at all levels of court, various Tribunals and in mediation/arbitration proceedings.
