The Condominium Act provides owners with the right to requisition a meeting of owners provided the legislative requirements are met. Board members and Condominium managers need to know how to respond when the corporation has been served with a requisition request. Join Sonja Hodis, Patrica Elia, Gareth Stackhouse and Jennifer Beaveras they discuss the ins and outs of requisition meetings.
