The Condo Board Bully
Those involved in the condominium industry long enough – directors, condominium managers, contractors or consultants – will inevitably encounter a Condo Board Bully. This person pushes other Board members around, on occasion completely disregards legal requirements and generally causes disruption at the Board level.
